Denny Lebaster vs Don Drysdale
Once again the Dodgers got 2 long balls from a star hitter and great pitching from a star hurler. "Jumbo" Frank Howard the 1960 NL Rookie of the Year crushed two solo shots and "Big D" Don Drysdale went the distance for a complete game victory. Mack Jones would go 3 for 4 for the Braves and score both of Milwaukee's runs on the day. Drysdale fanned 8 and allowed just 2 run while going the distance.
